Hey Elle.... Zumba is a new exercise craze  Its really fun. It combines latin dance moves with aerobic moves. They do all these things: Rock & Roll Funk Calypso Rumba Salsa Reggaeton Samba etc.... Here is an example of what a class would be like: Its honestly one of the funnest ways to exercise |

My day, went shopping for my friends Baby Shower in a few days. My best friend since I was a teenager. She got married a few months ago and now its her baby shower for her baby boy who's on the way. Makes me feel so old  I'm so happy for her though. That and picked up my new ring from the jeweler. My ex had bought me a promise ring and journey necklace, traded it in for a ring combining the costs of those too. got it sized and boom so that was my day ! lol |

That lead dancer in that clip, makes me want to get down to the beat with her, I like how she moves, a lot.... damn some chicks know how to move. She can pop lock and drop with me any day. Oh, nothing much is going on in my day, it's all good.  |

haha I knew u'd like it. Here's another clip of them dancing just for you mike (note the girls in the background) the guy in the army pants is the creator... but yeah anyways they speak a little spanish but its mostly english in the dance dvd's so dont worry if you all want to buy some, it'll be in english. |

Go to zumba.com at the top it'll say find a class. and then u pick your country and if you arein the US your state etc, and you can find classes locally in your city |
