Although I was very surprised, the death of MJ did not shock me completely.
For me MJ  had died out already a little, he wasn't himself and was just tired, warn out.

He had an extraordinary life, as for the music, nothing is lost, because his creations and his voice will remain for all eternity.

He was, is and forever will be the king of pop.

RIP MJ!

I'll only comment about Michael Jackson the Artist; He was the Artist of the Millennium, but as they say; legends never die.

 Favorite MJ tunes???  I was going to start a separate thread for it, but since this one is up I figure why not just mention it here.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UO_F3I9gJE" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UO_F3I9gJE</a>

Reasons this one takes the cake?
a) The high pitched "WOO WOO"
b) It's painfully ironic
c) Macaulay Culkin

This guy put out the best music videos didn't he?  What an entertainer.

Michael Jackson - You Are Not Alone (External Embedding Disabled)

You Are Not Alone

1) Bare Chest
2) Lisa Marie
3) The Stage

I think that this song is a very interesting off of song of Micheal's Invincible Album.

i thought it was some TMZ hoax at first, then i had hopes he was just in a coma and not really dead and when the news finally sunk in, it really hurt in a strange way. i'm a big MJ fan, i have all his albums, have every hit memorized. the guy was a wonder, but as a good friend of mine said, he was suffering, so maybe now he's in a better place.

i'm not judging him as a person, because i simply did not know him as a person. but as an artist, as a pop artist, he had the star quality.

favorite albums in order: Thriller, Off the Wall, Bad, Dangerous

favorite song: Pretty Young Thing
